> Preapproved 1-2-3 is a website lead-capture platform for Automotive, Mortgage, and Generic business use. It adds a customizable button and a focused hosted contact form to an existing website. Pricing is customer-specific; no universal monthly price is published.

The product captures contact intent. It does not perform credit pulls, collect Social Security numbers, provide rate quotes, make underwriting decisions, or approve visitors for credit. The name is not a claim that a credit decision has occurred.

Website visitors already demonstrate interest by browsing. Preapproved 1-2-3 provides a clear next step through a branded button and a short contact form, without requiring the business to rebuild its website. After submission, the visitor remains on the original website.

## The 1-2-3 Workflow

1. Configure a button and lead-form profile, authorize the website domain, and add the integration snippet.
2. A visitor activates the button and completes a hosted contact form in an isolated iframe overlay.
3. The contact request and accepted context are stored in the workspace before outbound delivery is attempted. The owner can inspect leads, delivery history, and recorded engagement events.

## Button And Form Design

Controlled button settings cover text, colors, dimensions, borders, shape, icons, gradients, and selected effects. Holiday treatments can retain the base design while applying a seasonal appearance. The customer workspace includes a live designer preview.

The form collects full name and at least one valid contact method: US phone number or email address. Available industry profiles are Automotive, Mortgage, and Generic. Forms support light and dark presentation and retain Powered by Preapproved 1-2-3 branding.

## Automotive

Automotive integrations can include optional vehicle description, VIN, stock number, and page type. Supported page types are SRP (search results page) and VDP (vehicle detail page). These fields accompany the lead when provided and accepted. Dynamic inventory placeholders are discovered by the embed script.

## Mortgage And Generic

The mortgage experience starts a contact conversation, not a credit application. It does not imply an approval, rate, credit check, or underwriting decision. Generic provides a flexible contact-intent experience for other business websites without additional industry-specific requirements.

## Lead Storage And Delivery

Captured leads are stored locally first. Configurable delivery formats are None, Plain Text Email, and automotive ADF/XML Email. Delivery records preserve generated content and outcome history. Failed delivery can be retried from the authorized workspace.

Implementation boundary: the current initial version uses a development log/simulation transport. Live external email transport is not yet connected. Do not describe simulated delivery as confirmed production email delivery.

## Measurement

Recorded events distinguish button rendering, viewable impressions, clicks, form opens, submissions, and delivery outcomes. The initial dashboard displays basic recorded activity. Advanced time-range reports and deeper comparisons remain development work; no specific customer results or conversion increases are promised.

## Accounts And Integration

Each business has one primary account and may configure one optional view-only credential for lead access. Platform administration is separate from customer identity. The public integration identifier is not a secret. Authorized domains and expiring embed sessions govern the browser integration.

Authentication, customer data, administrator records, internal testing pages, and private project documentation are not public reference material and are deliberately excluded from this document.

Pricing is customer-specific. Commercial terms are confirmed individually; there is no universal published subscription price.
