You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, controlling viewer access, configuring authorized domains, reviewing form copy and disclosures, and ensuring your use of the service complies with laws and industry rules that apply to your business.
Preapproved 1-2-3 captures contact intent. It does not make credit decisions, pull credit, provide underwriting, quote rates, issue approvals, replace legal compliance review, or act as a lender, broker, dealer, CRM, or payment processor.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the embed or platform, submit malicious code, scrape private areas, bypass domain authorization, send unlawful or misleading content, or use the service to collect sensitive information that the configured form is not designed to request.
Pricing and commercial arrangements are customer-specific and confirmed directly with each customer. If billing is activated, continued access may depend on payment status and account standing. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, or product improvement.
You retain responsibility for the business information, website context, disclosures, and follow-up actions connected to your account. Lead information is made available to the configured account so your team can respond to submitted contact requests.
The service is provided without a guarantee that every visitor will submit a request, every delivery destination will accept a message, or every integration will remain available. To the extent permitted by law, Preapproved 1-2-3 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
